All sales are final, customers who book online can access self-serve re-booking on our website up to 24 hours before their scheduled booking. We are happy to help you re-book up to 24 hours before your original scheduled booking. There are no refunds. There are no re-bookings within 24 hours of a previously scheduled booking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to wear safe footwear, all customers are required to wear safe footwear. Absolutely no open footwear (sandals, flip-flips, dress shoes) will be allowed, other footwear may also be refused. If you fail to wear safe footwear, we reserve the right to refuse entry. Failure to comply with safe footwear requirements results in forfeiture of your booking.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Content submitted through our contact forms is retained in our database. We will not use this data without your permission. If you contact us and require a reply, we will get in touch with you using the contact information you provide.
While using our site you may be presented with the opportunity to subscribe to our email newsletter. This list is maintained separately. You have the ability to unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any of any emails received through our email marketing service.
