Can I get a refund if I am unhappy or unable to make my booking?

All sales are final. Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. You can rebook yourself online using My Account or by contacting us.

Cancelling 24 hours before the booking will result in a giftcard or store credit.

Respectful behaviour is encouraged and the authorities will be called in case of an altercation. We have the right to cancel your booking and no refund will be offered or issued

We appreciate every Rager and their cooperation.

If you fail to show up for a booking we do not offer refunds or credits. There are no exceptions.
