How do I earn points?
It’s simple! For every $1 you spend at Rage Room, you automatically earn 10 points. The more you smash, the more you save!
What is the RageRoom VIP program?
The RageRoom VIP program is our exclusive rewards program that lets you smash, earn, and save! Every time you book a session, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future visits.
Alcoholic beverages in the rage room
Our insurance doesn’t allow alcohol on the premise and it is strictly enforced. Respectful behaviour is encouraged and in case of an altercation, the authorities will be called. We appreciate every Rager and their cooperation.
How old do you have to be to participate?
We recommend anyone aged 10 and up to take part in the smashing, however younger children have participated with parental supervision. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Isn’t it bad to destroy good stuff?
Almost all of our smashables are thrift store rejects. They are products that have had a full life and could not be sold. Covid-19 Protocols
We are a mask-friendly space. Out of respect, we wear masks at the client’s request. Rage Room Halifax values our client’s comfort and we respect your choices.
Do you offer gift cards or certificates?
We offer e-gift cards via our website which can be used during online booking for easy redemption. In the past we have offered traditional gift certificates. If you have a gift certificate please contact us to redeem. Buy a gift card online.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy or unable to make my booking?
All sales are final. Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. You can rebook yourself online using My Account or by contacting us. Cancelling 24 hours before the booking will result in a giftcard or store credit. Respectful behaviour is encouraged and the authorities will be called in case of an altercation. […]
Do you accept walk-ins/drop-ins?
We do not accept walk-in bookings. All our bookings can only be booked 24 hours in the future. All bookings for 6 people or less are done online only. Book now! For bookings with 6+ people please contact us.
